You can consider contacting me after receiving the package, and I will help you complete the return or exchange process. Not all manufacturers use the same set of measurement standards when manufacturing. For this reason we have provided size charts shown on our product pages. The size charts include diagrams showing you what measurements will be needed in order to select the best size.

Shipping & Delivery
We process and ship orders Monday - Friday with the exception of major holidays. Most orders ship within 1 to 3 weeks. Occasionally orders may take longer to process. Once shipped, delivery is estimated at 5 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the delivery address and shipping service you choose.

Do not be alarmed if you have only received part of your order. If you purchase a custom-made tuxedo suit, it will be shipped from our international manufacturer after it has been made. If there are other items in your order, we send them to you as soon as possible from our other locations.
